Associations.

Tailored and flexible support to policy or regulatory project for established associations (from back-office advice to full management of the project)
Support to the setting up and running of alliances and platforms, including coordination of technical aspects, operations and external representation as case may be
Outsourcing of specific associations’ functions including data gathering, compilation, shaping of data and drafting of technical dossiers, position papers, etc.
Setting up and launch of new associations (administrative and operational)
